Mr. John Lesko

John is a second year Geography MS student at George Washington University. He graduated from W&M in 2021 with majors in public policy and geography, and with a GIS Certificate in 2022. Before going back to school, he spent a couple years on the GIS team at the City of Newport News as a GIS Specialist/Drone Pilot. His research interests include conservation and remote sensing, and he is currently working on a thesis focusing on trail degradation in northern New Mexico.
