Mr. Noah Kazis
NYU Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy
Noah Kazis is a Legal Fellow at the NYU Furman Center. Previously, he worked at the New York City Law Department, where he represented the City in matters including the development of legislation limiting greenhouse gas emissions from buildings, the defense and implementation of the City's sanctuary city policies, and two rounds of charter revision.
Noah’s scholarly research focuses on land use, fair housing, and local government law, and has been published in the Harvard Law Review, Michigan Law Review, and Yale Law Journal. He is a graduate of Yale Law School.
