Dr. Hildegaard Link
Dr. Link’s research engages critical service delivery in the context of climate change. She is interested in the mechanics and economics of delivering water and electricity as the foundations of those service industries shift in our changing climate. She is also interested in public decision making in this arena. Dr. Link is an activist scientist with projects in South Brooklyn; Resilient Red Hook, and rural counties of northern New York focused on creating policy based on the expressed concerns of an urban mixed demographic community on the razor’s edge of climate change.
