Jay began his career in insurance as a catastrophe adjuster after ~10 years as a Marine, bringing with the experience of gathering geospatial intelligence. Transitioning into quantitative risk analytics, Jay leveraged the power of GIS to transform how a top insurer evaluated risk scenarios, planned for and responded to catastrophes. Jay now leads the Insurance Team at Esri supporting Location Intelligence Strategies for the worlds most sophisticated insurance companies.
