Mr. Patrick Ellis

Mr. Patrick Ellis is the Senior GEOINT Officer for Human Geography at the National-Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Mr. Ellis advises NGA's strategy for human geography data, including investments in commercial GEOINT, technology development, and analyst professional and leadership development. Mr. Ellis's interests in human geography also include international development, humanitarian assistance and disaster response, international and administrative boundaries, and Volunteer Geographic Information (VGI). Mr. Ellis graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a Certificate in Geographic Information Science. Mr. Ellis is also a Graduate of the DOD Executive Leadership Development Program.
