Mr. Tobin McGilligan

Tobin is a bilingual geospatial professional with CARTO, working to implement cloud-native analytics and visualization solutions for public sector clients in North America. He brings consulting, programming, and transportation experience to bear on helping customers define, discuss, and deliver innovative data-driven mechanisms to address their questions and challenges. After growing up and attending university in Madison, Wisconsin, he is now based in Washington, DC.
