Mr. Frank Hopper

"As the Managing Director, Frank oversees the Capital Innovators team- as they execute their world-renowned accelerator program and the NGA Accelerator, as well as manage the Capital Innovators portfolio.

Prior to serving as Managing Director, Frank was the Program Director at Capital Innovators for three years. Over those three years, Frank planned and executed 6 accelerator programs for over 75 startups.

Prior to joining Capital Innovators, Frank spent several years in the marketing world where he planned, implemented, and reviewed marketing strategies and event operations plans for endurance events with over 30,000 attendees. Frank also volunteers his time and skills with several non-profits in the St. Louis area. Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University."
