Mr. Tyrean “Heru” Lewis

My name is Tyrean Lewis and I’m the Owner/CEO of Heru Urban Farming. I am a 5th generation farmer. My farm is located in St. Louis, MO. We grow specialty crops such as watermelons, bok choy, okra, tatsoi, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and carrots just to name a few. Not only do we sell produce; we also provide hands-on training, mentorship, and we are deeply involved in the communities we serve. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Farmers Union. I am a member of the National Young Farmers Coalition. Also I’m on the Urban County Committee for the FSA.
