Dr. Caitlin Flanagan

Dr. Caitlin Flanagan is the Human Geographer for Climate Security at the National-Geospatial Intelligence Agency. She holds a PhD in Geography, MA in Middle Eastern Studies, and a BA in Women’s and Gender Studies.
