Dr. Jamie Herring

Jamie is the founder and CEO of Climate Engine, a firm specializing in spatial finance to support climate action. Jamie’s career has spanned working with a broad array of climate and environmentally focused organizations such the White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy, NASA, NOAA, the World Bank, the World Resources Institute, the Gates Foundation, the United Nations, and others. Jamie serves on the board of the Population Reference Bureau and sits on the corporate member committee for Underwriters Laboratories. Jamie holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resources and Information Sciences from Cornell University.
