Dr. John O’Loughlin

John O'Loughlin is College Professor of Distinction in Geography and Fellow in the Institute of Behavioral Science at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a political geographer with a research concentration in territorial conflicts in the former Soviet Union and on the relationship of climate change, food security and conflict in sub-Saharan Africa, especially Kenya. His work is funded by the US National Science Foundation.
